From Homeless Link:
Can you help University of York researchers learn more about the extent of homelessness among veterans?
University of York has started a new study of the extent of homelessness among veterans.
If you represent a single homelessness organisation (whether or not veterans use your services) they are inviting you to complete a short online survey to help find out the extent of homelessness amongst veterans and to identify gaps in provision that can inform the future commissioning of services. To define veterans, they are including anyone who has served for at least a day in HM Armed Forces, whether as a regular or as a Reservist.
Please complete the survey if you provide one of more of the following services for single homeless people:
Direct access hostels
Second stage accommodation projects
Floating support services/tenancy sustainment services
The questionnaire is designed to be quick to complete. Please submit your response online by Friday 10 January 2014.
All responses will be submitted directly to the University of York and treated in strictest confidence.
If you have any queries about the survey, plesae contact Deborah Quilgars or David Rhodes at the Centre for Housing Policy, University of York – 01904 321480.
